BALKAN STEEL FORGING INDUSTRY carries out tests and controlslike dimensonal meaurements and controls, chemical analysis, metalografik examination (micro structure, micro cleaning, piece size, etc.), hardness measurement, magnetic particle split control, shrinkage test, notch stroke test, eddy current, fibre structure control according to customers demands, legal obligations and international standarts, with equipments calibrations of which are done, during production and before delivery.

QUALITY CONTROL APPLICATIONS

1 - Entrance Quality Control

Quality of product, material, service or equipment purchased is warrantied by controlling and examining according to purchase needs determined. Entrance Quality Control activities are gathered in 3 main groups:

2 - Proses Kontrol

Materials at the Forging Production Department are controlled during the production. Process Control includes:

3. Heat Treatment Process Control
4. Ultrasonic Fracture Control

3 - Last Controls

All of the products of forging department are subjected to 100% eye control and product specific last control criteria.


4- After the control and approval of first parts, serial production starts. This process Control includes;

3. Ultrasonic Fracture Control Process Starting Approval
